About the EquaLGBT+ Index
The EquaLGBT+ Index rates companies' inclusivity towards the LGBT+ community.
It helps managers create a supportive work environment and attract a wider audience.

The Equality Index will cover the following topics:

Equity policies

Diverse culture
-
Anti-discrimination efforts
-
Support for the LGBT+ community.
At the end of the process, we weigh the score of each organization and give a "standard mark":

Bronze - Organizations that work to include LGBT+ employees in the workplace.

Silver - Organizations that invest in and promote the inclusion of LGBT+ employees.

Gold - Outstanding organizations in everything related to inclusion and equality for LGBT+ employees.
